BICPUHH – Polyurethane Hose 0.7 mm for Aspiration Systems

Description and application PUHH is a flexible polyurethane hose designed for suction and transport of chips, shavings and other abrasive materials in aspiration and dust extraction systems. It is a semi-light hose, antistatic and resistant to microbial growth, ensuring reliable performance in industrial environments.

The hose is suitable for high flow transport and is widely used in dust extraction systems, industrial vacuum cleaners and material conveying applications.

Temperature range: -40°C to +90°C (peaks up to +125°C)

The hose is available in 5 m and 10 m lengths and is supplied upon order (not a stock item). Other lengths and dimensions are available on request.

Material

• Spiral: spring steel wire spiral

• Wall: polyester polyurethane (according to DIN ISO 4649 – more wear resistant than polyether polyurethane)

• Wall thickness between spirals: approx. 0.7 mm
