Filter Box with Replaceable Cartridge Filter for Square Ducts

FSCQ series filter boxes are designed for air purification in ventilation systems that use square ducts. The filter housing also functions as part of the duct itself, into which the cartridge is installed. The filter is inserted from the top and securely locked in place with clasps, ensuring an airtight and stable fit.

This construction allows for quick and easy replacement of the filter element. The filter cartridge is filled with a high-quality filtering material.

Filter boxes with replaceable filters are primarily intended for supply air ventilation systems, where they purify fresh air before it is distributed into indoor spaces. In certain cases, they are also used for exhaust air filtration — for example, to clean contaminated air before it reaches fans or heat recovery units, helping to protect the equipment from pollution and reduce emissions into the environment.

• T – special filter for grease and oil mist separation (ideal for kitchens, industrial, and production environments)

The filter housing is available in aluminium, galvanized steel, or stainless steel for durability, corrosion resistance, and reusability. The standard thickness of the filter element is 40 mm; 50 mm versions are available upon request.

Technical note: The outer dimensions of the filter element are 5 mm smaller than the internal AxB dimensions of the duct to allow easy installation and a proper seal.
