The advantages of powder coating are resistant to environmental influences, scratches, corrosion, chemical effects and mechanical damage.

During the powder coating process, the powder is crushed and, as a result of the action of static electricity, it attracts in an even layer to the surface to be painted, which also guarantees an even layer without run-off. Next comes the polymerization process, when the object to be painted is placed in a special oven at a temperature of 140 ° - 220 ° Celsius, where the powder melts and the paint acquires these unique protective and flawless appearance properties.

Powder coating provides an even layer thickness with one painting approach and is much higher quality and more economical than painting with conventional liquid paint.
