BIC Rectangular Bends – Reliable Solution for Ventilation Systems

BIC rectangular bends are high-quality, precisely manufactured components designed for various ventilation and ductwork systems. By default, the bends are produced with a rounded inner corner to ensure smoother airflow and reduced air resistance.

Flange Types by Width:

• Flange 20: for widths B up to 1500 mm

• Flange 30: for widths 1500 mm < B ≤ 2000 mm

• Flange 40: for widths B > 2000 mm

Additionally, Z-profile connections are available upon request, allowing for customized solutions tailored to specific system needs.

BIC rectangular bends can be manufactured with angles ranging from 5° to 180°. Standard angles include 45° and 90°, but rectangular bends with sharp internal and external corners can be produced according to individual client requirements.

Materials and Construction:

Manufactured using DX51D grade sheet steel with a 275 g/m² zinc coating, the bends provide excellent corrosion resistance and long-term durability.

For structural reinforcement and reliable connections, Gebhardt-Stahl flanges are used, ensuring strength and stability even in larger sizes. This design enables BIC bends to withstand high loads and ensures long service life under various operating conditions.
