Material Information:

BIC products are manufactured from hot-dip galvanized sheet steel, delivered in 1250 mm wide coils (dimensions according to EN 10143), with a thickness ranging from 0.5 mm to 1.5 mm:

• Thickness 0.45–0.5 mm: grade S280GD+Z275 according to EN 10326

• Thickness 0.70 mm: grade S320GD+Z275 according to EN 10326

• Thickness 0.8; 0.9; 1.0; 1.1; 1.2; 1.5; 2.0 mm: grade S350GD+Z275 according to EN 10326

BIC rectangular ducts and fittings comply with LVS EN 1507:2006, Class C. Rectangular ventilation ducts are manufactured with corner holes for mounting screws. Upon customer request, connection edges can be made with 20, 30, or 40 mm flanges or with Z-profiles.
