Ventilation Duct Clamp with Rubber Insert (Sound-Insulated)

Description: This ventilation duct clamp with rubber insert is designed for the secure, stable, and low-noise installation of round air ducts on walls, ceilings, or other structural surfaces. The clamp combines mechanical strength with vibration and noise reduction, making it ideal for residential, commercial, and industrial ventilation systems.

The clamp consists of two durable steel sections joined with strong bolts. On the inside, it features a rubber lining (SBR/EPDM) that absorbs noise and vibrations, reducing the transmission of sound to the surrounding structure.

• For diameters up to Ø400 mm, one side of the clamp features a quick-lock (snap-fit) mechanism for fast and easy installation. These sizes are mounted using an M8 rivet nut.

• For diameters from Ø450 mm and above, the clamp must be installed with two threaded rods for enhanced safety. These versions do not include a rivet nut.

This clamp is suitable for both indoor and outdoor duct installations across a variety of building types and mounting conditions.
