Product Description: Self-adhesive insulation pins are designed for manual installation of insulation materials onto ventilation duct surfaces using a foam-backed adhesive base. This system eliminates the need for welding equipment, offering a quick, safe, and effective solution for securing insulation. The set includes KZ-2 galvanized metal locking clips and KP plastic protective caps to cover the exposed nail tips for safety.

Product Features:

• Pin: Approximately 2.8 mm in diameter, copper-coated or galvanized, with a grooved shaft to prevent the clip from slipping

• Base Plate: 50 x 50 mm square galvanized steel base, with foam padding coated in acrylic adhesive for strong bonding

• Locking Clip: Galvanized, 31 mm outer diameter, ensures tight and secure fixing of insulation

• Protective Cap: Plastic cap to cover the pin tip, compatible with both self-adhesive and weld-on pins

• The standard consumption of adhesive pins is 6 to 10 pieces per 1 m² of surface area.
