Ventilation Grilles for Air Supply and Exhaust Systems

Ventilation grilles are designed for covering ventilation openings in various types of spaces — including air-conditioned, ventilated, and heated rooms. They ensure an aesthetic and secure covering of ventilation ducts, while maintaining free airflow.

Material and Construction:
The grilles are made from durable aluminum profiles, ensuring longevity and resistance to corrosion.
The construction consists of a rectangular frame, parallel blades (louvers), and mounting tubes.
Mounting frames made of galvanized steel (UR, UR1, UR2) are also available to meet different installation requirements.
All connections are equipped with sealing gaskets to ensure high airtightness and prevent air leakage.

Technical Specifications:

• Suitable for use in spaces with a moderate climate (according to EN 60 721-3-3 zm.A2).
• Operating temperature range: from -20°C to +70°C.
• Designed for systems without abrasive, chemical, or sticky particles.
• Available as single-row grilles with blades spaced at 12.5 mm or 20 mm.
• All dimensions and weights are provided in millimeters and kilograms.

Mounting Options:
Mounting frames (UR, UR1, UR2):

• UR – without fixing elements.
• UR1 – with screw-in fasteners.
• UR2 – with embedded fasteners for wall installation.

Two installation types:

• Hidden mounting (without holes in the frame) – using spring clips with mounting frame.
• Screw mounting (with holes in the frame) – with screws, with or without a mounting frame.

Additionally, custom mounting frames with edge spring clips for specific needs are available upon request.
