Description
The KPWP-1 floor ventilation grille is designed for air supply and exhaust in low and medium pressure ventilation systems. It is installed in the floor as the terminal element of the ventilation system in a properly prepared mounting opening. The grille construction is highly durable and suitable for areas with increased mechanical load, ensuring reliable operation even under intensive use.
Upon request, the grille can be manufactured with an outer mounting frame for easier installation in the floor. To ensure optimal air flow control, the grille can be equipped with:

air control damper (GP) for regulating air volume,

air flow deflector (GW) for directing the air stream,

plenum box for equalizing air velocity and ensuring uniform air distribution.
The grilles have a Hygienic Certificate, confirming their suitability for use in ventilation systems in various facilities.
Material and workmanship
The grille frame and grid are made of stainless steel AISI 304), ensuring high durability, long service life, and resistance to corrosion. Depending on project requirements, the grille can be manufactured:

with a frame with flange,

or without flange (according to the installation schemes).
Additionally, the grille can be powder coated in any color from the RAL palette to match the interior design.
The damper and plenum box are made of galvanized steel as standard.
The manufacturer reserves the right to make technical or technological changes related to installation conditions or product dimensions (upon agreement with the client).
