DescriptionThe KPWP-2 floor ventilation grille is designed for air supply and exhaust in low and medium pressure ventilation systems. The grille is installed in the floor as the terminal element of the ventilation system in a properly prepared mounting opening. Its robust construction ensures high durability and resistance to mechanical loads, making it suitable for intensive use in various types of buildings.
Upon request, the grille can be manufactured with an outer mounting frame to ensure easier and more stable installation in the floor. To improve air distribution and system performance, the grille can be equipped with additional accessories:

air control damper (GP) – for regulating the air volume;

air flow deflector (GW) – for directing the air stream;

plenum box – for equalizing air velocity and ensuring uniform air distribution.
Floor grilles are commonly used in offices, commercial premises, public buildings, industrial facilities, and other spaces where ventilation air supply or exhaust is integrated into the floor.
The grilles have a Hygienic Certificate, confirming their suitability for use in ventilation systems.
Material and workmanshipThe grille frame and grid are made of aluminum profiles, providing a lightweight construction with good strength and corrosion resistance. Depending on installation requirements, the grille can be manufactured:

with a frame with flange,

or without flange, according to installation schemes.
All grilles are powder coated in a selected color from the RAL palette, ensuring an aesthetic appearance and additional surface protection.
The damper and plenum box are manufactured from galvanized steel as standard (to be agreed).
The manufacturer reserves the right to make technical or construction changes related to installation conditions or product dimensions, upon agreement with the client.
