The BIC roof cap is a durable and efficient ventilation system component designed to expel air above the roof. It ensures optimal airflow management while protecting the system from weather conditions and preventing foreign objects from entering the ventilation ducts.

To guarantee the safety and longevity of the ventilation system, the roof cap frame is equipped with a protective mesh that prevents birds, leaves, and large pests from entering the ducts. This feature helps maintain continuous and efficient system operation in the long term.

We offer roof caps in various designs, diameters, and heights to fully meet specific requirements and architectural needs.

Standard sizes:
Available diameters: D80 to D1250 mm.

The standard version of BIC roof caps is made from 275 g/m² galvanized DX51D sheet steel, ensuring durability and longevity. Upon request, the following material options are also available:

• Stainless steel (AISI 304 or 316) – highly resistant to corrosion and suitable for aggressive environments.
• PE, PURAL, or PVC coatings – providing additional protection against moisture and chemical exposure.
• Powder-coated version based on the RAL catalog – for customized visual appearance to match the building design.

To maximize functionality and meet specific requirements, we also offer the following additional options:

• Airtight connection – ensures a secure fit with the ventilation system, preventing air leaks.
• Protective mesh in the frame – effectively prevents insects, leaves, and birds from entering.
• Perforated version – available upon request as an alternative to the standard mesh.
• Additional insulation – available with an insulated exhaust box to enhance thermal protection.
