The exhaust bend is a terminal component of a ventilation system, designed for air discharge from round ventilation ducts, including spiral or other circular duct types. It is manufactured from high-quality BS or BSL segmented bends (depending on length) and is factory-fitted with seals and flange connections.
Protection and Functionality: The bend is equipped with a 45° ASV angle outlet, with a 12 × 12 mm integrated metal mesh in the top section, providing effective protection against birds and large insects. The flared top effectively prevents rain and snow from entering the ventilation system, ensuring long-term operation under various weather conditions.
Connections and Installation: The bend is designed with a male-type connection, allowing for easy and secure installation with other ventilation components. Upon request, versions with FLS steel flange connections are also available, as well as models made of stainless steel or aluminium, suitable for aggressive environments or applications requiring enhanced durability.
