Construction and Materials:-
The silencer elbow consists of an outer galvanized steel casing fitted with integrated sound-absorbing baffles.

On request, it can be manufactured from stainless steel, aluminum, PE, PURAL, or PVC, depending on environmental and operational requirements.

The internal sound-absorbing cassettes use high-performance insulation material, such as Isover KVL acoustic wool, protected by a durable, abrasion-resistant fabric to prevent fiber release into the airflow.

Baffle ends can be standard rectangular or triangular, depending on the acoustic requirements and project specifications.

The insulation thickness and spacing between the baffles can be adjusted to meet the required sound attenuation performance.
